Purchase orders will be accepted by credit approved businesses, educational institutions and government agencies only. Your order will be shipped after purchase order has been received and approved. Cashier Check
If you would prefer to pay for your order by mail using a cashier's check (bank draft), please contact Sales and a sales representative will take your order and direct your payment. You must allow five to ten business days for your cashier's check or bank draft to be approved by Oksolar bank. Please make payable to "OkSolar.com" can only accept funds in US dollars.

We process your order after we receive your money order or cashier's check.

Money Order
A money order is a safe and cost-effective method of payment that is available from your local post office. If your preference is to use this form of payment, contact Sales and a sales representative will take your order and direct your payment. Make the money order payable to "OkSolar.com" can only accept funds in US and Canadian dollars.

We process your order after we receive your money order or cashier's check.

Procedure to obtain a Performa Invoice or Place an International Order

Performa Invoices. Even though we do not extend credit terms outside the United States, we can provide international customers with a preformed invoice for their internal needs. This invoice would require pre-payment using either LC a bank transfer of funds before the order is shipped.

To obtain a Quotation or Performa Invoice enter your order in our IQ eCommerce system http://www.oksolar.com/n_cart/ and select International Individuals or Corporations Outside of the U.S.

International Orders: The only payment method accepted for international orders are Money orders, Cashiers checks in U.S. funds payable through the U.S. bank clearing systems (drawn on a U.S. bank) can be accepted. LC Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer. Canadian Postal Money Orders in U.S. funds are also acceptable. Please make sure you reference your order # when making your wire.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These commodities, technology or software will be exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law prohibited.

Wire Transfer

We accept wire transfers as payment for most products. For larger orders (typically over US$300), OkSolar.com can accept a wire transfer (telegraphic transfer) as a method of payment. Contact Sales for the necessary banking information to initiate this form of transaction. Please note that wire transfers (telegraphic transfers) can cost US$40.00 to perform. These additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Wire Transfer Options Terms:

WT50 50% with order, balance immediately prior to shipment add a 2% processing fee.
WT100 100% with order net

Send an email to Sales with your order identification number, total amount of wire transfer and the date the wire was initiated. Your order will be processed after the wire is received and verified.

Business Check
If you are purchasing OkSolar.com on behalf of a business, governing body or other type of organization, OkSolar.com will accept a business check. However, your order will not be shipped until the business check successfully clears OkSolar.com bank, which can take between five and ten business days. Make the check payable to "OkSolar.com" can only accept funds in US dollars.

LETTERS OF CREDIT
Payment may be made by irrevocable confirmed L/C, through a U.S.A. bank - irrevocable at sight. Provided that the total invoice value of the export order is more than U.S. $4,300.00 Multi-line L/C orders must allow for partial shipments and be valid for a period of at least one hundred fifty (160) days. All bank charges at buyer expense.

Terms of payment: 2% charge. (B) 50% Deposit by T/T upon Confirmation and 50% Balance by T/T before Shipment.

SLC Standby Letter Of Credit: Ideal for newer companies seeking to purchase raw materials and inventory on terms from a supplier that might otherwise be reluctant to extend unsecured credit, a standby letter of credit is used to guarantee performance under a contract or ensure payment to a supplier.

Helps: Avoid the interest expense in "cash in advance" and "COD" situations Provide a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a bid, performance or cash bond.

Out-of-Stock Items

We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear. Actual Pricing and Terms of Sale are Subject to Change and will be Determined at the Time of Order Placement and and funds clear.

If the product is not in stock at time of ordering, estimated time for delivery will be approximately two weeks. If your light order is out-of-stock, OkSolar.com will immediately send you an order confirmation via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. OkSolar.com tries to ship orders before the delivery date listed on the order confirmation, but some orders may require the full two weeks. You will not be charged for your order until it is shipped.

Cashier's Check or Money Order Payments - If you are paying for your order using a cashier's check, money order or business check and the OkSolar.com products are out of stock, a representative from OkSolar.com will contact you by email and you will have the option of selecting an alternative product of the same price, if applicable, or having us promptly issue you a refund check for the out of stock item/items, whichever you prefer.

The different types of Terms of Sale

Terms of sale
The point at which sellers have fulfilled their obligations so the goods are said to have been delivered to the buyer. They are shorthand expressions that set out the rights and obligations of each party when transporting the goods.

FCA/FOB (Free Carrier/Free on Board). Free Carrier at a named port of export. The seller quotes the buyer a price that covers all costs up to and including delivery of goods aboard an overseas vessel (e.g. airplane).

CIP/CIF (Carriage Insurance Paid / Cost Insurance and Freight). Carriage Insurance Paid to a named overseas port of disembarkation (i.e. import). Under this term, the seller quotes a price for the goods, including insurance, plus all transportation, and miscellaneous charges to the point of disembarkation from the vessel.

CPT/C&F (Carriage Paid To/ Cost & Freight). Carriage Paid To is the named overseas port of disembarkation (i.e. import). Under this term, the seller quotes a price for the goods that includes the cost of transportation to the named point of import. The cost of insurance is left to the buyer's account.

(EXW) Ex Works. Under this term, the price quoted applies only at the point of origin and the seller agrees to place the goods at the disposal of the buyer at a specific place on the date or within the period fixed. All other charges are for the account of the buyer.

(DDU) Delivered Duty Unpaid. Under this term, the seller fulfills his obligation to deliver when the goods have been made available at the named place in the country of importation. The seller has to bear the costs and risks involved in bringing the goods thereto as well as the costs and risks of clearing Customs.

(DDP) Delivered Duty Paid. Under this term, the seller fulfills his obligation to deliver when the goods have been made available at the named place in the country of importation. The seller has to bear the risks and cost, including duties, taxes and other charges of delivering the goods.

U.S. Department of Commerce Export License
If your shipment contents require a U.S. Department of Commerce Export License, select yes. Otherwise, select no.
Freight Forward: A third party intermediate consignee used to facilitate and consolidate your order for shipment to its final destination. Primarily used for shipments outside the US.
