SC1000-SOLARCOOL, DC EVAPORATIVE COOLER

Super efficient evaporative cooler delivers cold air direct from a 40W solar module during peak daylight hours. Designed especially for smaller one or two room homes or trailers, this side draft unit will exchange the room air every 5 minutes in 600 square feet of living area.

The SC 1000 cooler performance is rated at 1000 CFM, PV direct at 2.2A. Consumes less than 1 gallon (3.8 litres) of water per hour. The SolarCool model features 3456 cubic inches of honeycomb evaporative pad media, chemically treated to resist hard water deposits, lasts 5 seasons before replacement. The SC 1000 is completely assembled and is constructed of galvanized steel with tan powder coated paint. Unit features a long-life 24VDC fan motor and water pump, protective fan outlet grill, brass float valve and wiring junction box. A larger PV module will extend the peak daytime operation. For extended cooling beyond daylight, the SCI000 can operate direct from a 24VDC battery as well, producing near 1400 CFM at 24 VDC, 3.3A, or use accessory converter for 2.2A operation.

ACCESSORY: Cooler DC converter, Allows day/night operation from a 24VDC battery supply to
