Each UNI-SOLAR battery charger incorporates the same Triple Junction
 solar
cell technology as the Uni-Power module. The flexible modules are
exceptionally durable and are encapsulated in EVA and bonded and stitched
to a cushioned, vinyl and foam backing material. The modules feature a
clear Tefzel® front covering. Bypass diodes are connected across each
cell, allowing the modules (excluding FLX-5) to produce power even when
partially shaded. Blocking diodes are included in a small sealed junction
box located at the top of the module. Each panel has 8 feet of cable with
2-pin SAE connector, and is packaged with a 2-foot fused battery cable.
These modules carry a three-year limited warranty and are UL listed.

The
vinyl and foam modules are ex ceptionally
durable. They are encapsulated in UV stabilized polmers and bonded and
stitched to a cushioned backing material. The polymer encapsulation
includes EVA and fluoropolymer Tefzel, a DuPont film similar to Teflon.
Bypass diodes are connected across each cell, allowing the modules
(excluding the USF-5) to produce power even when partially shaded.

applications. Same Triple Junction technology as US modules but in a
“soft”, flexible format. Eight feet of tinned lead wire output cable with
2-pin waterproof SAE connector package with 2 foot fused battery cable.
Three sizes: 5, 11 and 32 watts. Includes a bypass diode on each cell and
blocking diode in output cable. 3 year limited warranty.

Breakthrough
technology at affordable prices! The heart of the US series modules is the,
Triple Junction silicon solar cell unique to Untied Solar. Each cell is
composed of three semiconductor junctions stacked on top of
each other. The bottom
cell absorbs the red light the middle cell absorbs the green light and the
top+ cell absorbs the blue light This septum splitting capability is the
key to higher efficiency. Uni-Solar modules have demonstrated in
repeated test situations that they deliver more amps per rated watt –
Smart Watts in most conditions, than any commercially available
solar module!
The
US series modules me exceptional/y durable. The Triple Junction cells are
made by depositing the active silicon material on unbreakable stainless
steel sheet metal. A steel back plate provides stiffness and the modules
are encapsulated in UV stabilized polymers and framed in anodized
aluminum. No glass is used. Bypass diodes ore connected across each cell,
enabling the modules to produce power even when partially shaded.
The US64, 42 and 32 come equipped with (I conduit ready, weather proof
junction box. The US2 I, I 5, 3 and I come with on eight-foot cable.
