Shell completes
acquisition of solar energy joint venture 22/04/2002
Shell Renewables announced today the conclusion of the
acquisition of all the shares held by Siemens AG and
E.ON Energie AG in the former solar photovoltaic (PV)
joint venture Siemens und Shell Solar GmBH. Regulatory
approval for closing the transaction has already been
